I love everything about this place. The service, the people, the vibes, and the aesthetic. We always feel so welcome. Give the Malort a try! You may or may not regret it.

Amazing selection of beers. Very nice clean place. Wonderful bathrooms. Kind of cramped... but will DEFINITELY be back! 2024 update.... Still amazing place. So many fantastic beers on draft at any given time. EXPENSIVE, But always great.

Don’t know how I haven’t rated this place yet. There’s a reason why it was voted best place to grab a drink in Dayton. And why Matt was voted best bartender in Dayton for 3 years in a row. When you come here it feels like home. You will not find a better beer selection anywhere else in Dayton, possible even the Columbus of Cincinnati region. It can be loud inside and you may pay an arm and a leg between what’s on tap or what’s on the shelf, but these are dollars well spent when it comes to supporting the real ones who keep this place going. I wish every city had their own Barrel House

Can be a little loud, but honestly, the people and vibes cleanly make up for it. Good beer, good energy, weekly karaoke, Wu-tang Wednesdays, I love the deco, some cushioned seating, some high top, some outdoor seating, and lovely people to talk to, I love the barrel house. It's one of my favorite tap houses in all of Dayton for just good energy. For our *sensory sensitive* friends, I would caution you guys as the sounds can get overwhelming as it's not as spacious as say Warped Wing, and can start to feel overwhelming. Would recommend wearing your loops Otherwise, can't recommend these lovelies at the Barrel House enough 🫶

Vegan approved!! I love Pinot Grigio!! It's fresh, pleasant, light, dry, and fruity. I smell hints of white flowers, apricots, and pears. So zesty, crisp, and refreshing! Definitely recommend it for a hot summer night. 🥂 Also, Southern Fried Vegan was in the house, and they offer some aHHmazing food! I ordered the fried chickun, bbq baked beans, cajun corn, and mac 'n cheeze. Oh my goodness! No food, but a great little place to get a beer (large selection!) or a drink and chat with friends. They even have chess sets available. The employees are friendly and quick.

Lots of to-go beer choices in all the categories (IPA, lager, sours, seltzers, stout/porters, ciders) at reasonable prices. Nice variety on the beer menu @ the Barrel House itself. Nice atmosphere. I loved the table with beer caps and the little decor pieces all over. Nice place to sit after the Dragon's game and our DD said it was easy to pick us up there 👍🏻

🍺🚰🍷🎶🧑‍💼 Fabulous collection of beers on tap. I decided to go for the flights 🍺 (see pics) as there were far too many to choose from and I want to try more. Good mix of beers on tap to cater for different tastes. Two sets of bar tables and some cosy sofas 🛋️to sit down. Was on Wednesday night and was a DJ going on. Patrons were enjoying the music singing along. Large selection of beers, ale and wine are available to go. ✅ Staff were brilliant to let you know how to order and were quick to ack you at the bar and serve.

We absolutely love the barrel house. They’re conveniently located, have a great beer selection that changes often, and lots of canned beer options. They have regular weekly events. The best part is they’re so friendly, remember your name, and remember the beers you like. The last time we walked in, we were immediately offered two tasters of our most likely picks. ❤️❤️
